I will be retiring on 29 May 2026 and Lowrie Kent Conveyancing will be closing on its 20^th Birthday.

I do not have capacity to take on matters for new clients but will continue to assist my existing clients where a Contract has already been signed and no Contract review is required. I will not be taking on any matters where the projected settlement date is after 29 May 2026.

Helen was the first State President of the Tasmanian Division of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and a former National Vice President of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.  Helen is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.

Helen will arrange for all the necessary paperwork and searches and complete the settlement process on your behalf, including attendances on your lender if you are not providing funds for your purchase or need to pay out a loan when selling.
